Normal Worship Services - This Sunday, January 2, 2011 (Both Campuses)

We will resume our normal worship service schedule this Sunday at both campuses. Pastor Jeff will share  a special New Year's Message with us as well as lead us in a time to receive Communion together. We will see you at 8:30, 10:00 or 11:30 am at the Bluffton Campus!

YEAR-END GIVING REMINDER

Please note that federal regulations require that checks must be dated AND postmarked on or before December 31, 2010 for them to apply to your 2010 tax returns. That includes gifts processed through your banks Billpay. Online giving can be done at  lowcountrycc.org . Just click on online giving on the bottoms of the main page. If you wish to hand-deliver your check, please contact us at 843.836.1101 on Monday, December 27 to make arrangements to bring it to the Bluffton Campus. Church services will not be held on December 26, so please keep in mind that the last offering for the year will be collected on Thursday and Friday, December 23- 24 at our Christmas Eve Services.  All contributions received in the offering on January 2, 2011, even if dated 2010, will apply to your 2011 tax returns. Jacobs Brothers in Concert with the May River Boys - Friday, January 14 @ 7 pm

Join us Friday night, January 14 at 7 p.m. in the Worship Center at the Bluffton Campus for some good ole’ Gospel quartet singing, including our own May River Boys from LCC and the Jacobs Brothers from Dillsburg, PA. The Jacobs Brothers are veterans of Gospel music, dedicated to spreading the Gospel through music, having traveled millions of miles, producing more than 50 albums, and hosted many international tours since 1962. The concert is free and a love offering will be received. Come and enjoy this inspiring evening!

Bible Institute of the Lowcountry - New Class -Mon, January 24 @ 6:30 pm (Bluffton)

Do you desire to know the Word of God on a deeper level? The Bible Institute of the Lowcountry is just for you. While the majority of the study is done online, there will be classes held on Mondays from 6:30 – 8:00 pm at our Bluffton Campus. Financial Peace University (FPU) - New Session starts Monday, January 24 @ 6:30PM 

Classes will be offered Monday nights from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. The first class on January 24 titled Super Savings is FREE to the public. Nashville Mission Trip (For Men Only) - January 30 - February 5, 2011

Because of a 500 year flood that devastated much of Nashville this last year, we are partnering with Samaritan's Purse and doing the same work in Nashville that we have done in New Orleans.  We need to come alongside numerous homeowners that are trying to rebuild their lives and homes. Building experience is appreciated, but not necessary. Space is limited to only 8 men, so don't wait to get your application and deposit turned in. The cost is $125 for entire week ($25 deposit). The registration deadline is January 9, 2011.
